By commissioning me, the client also agrees and accepts the current art style that is shown in the example works

Using my works for NFT and/or generative AI is strictly prohibited

Tracing, copying, or altering my works are prohibited

I reserve the right to decline a commission request that is deemed unworkable.

Credits must be given when posting or sharing the artwork

Donations (i.e. Bits, Subs, Tips), gifts (merch, items, food, etc.), and non-tangible promises (exposure, advertisement, connection offers) are NOT counted as commission payments

As a precaution for AI-use, commission showcases will be poisoned. Rest assured that this will NOT affect the quality of the submitted artwork.

In special cases, original characters, characters, and designs that are tied to political or illegal agenda will not be accepted. Original characters, characters, and designs that are tied to people, organizations, or entities that are involved in a problematic situation (i.e. “drama”) will also not be accepted.

PERSONAL USAGE - usages that are for non-profit purposes, such as using it as a profile picture, profile banner, or for collection. Printing for personal purposes is also okay.

COMMERCIAL CONTENT USAGE - usages that are for profit purposes through digital and online media, such as youtube videos and shorts with ad revenue, twitch emotes and alerts for subscriptions, or for promotional advertisement for for-profi t events.

COMMERCIAL MERCH USAGE - usages that are for profit purposes through digital or physical merchandising, such as selling digital stickers, or physical stickers, charms, or art prints for the client’s shop.

Use of the artwork for illegal, political, and activities outside the agreed usage scope (i.e. selling art prints when the agreed usage is only for personal use) is not allowed.

You can request a commission in three ways:

Once the order is confirmed and ready to be made, payment details will be given to you to pay within 3 days. No payment means cancellation of order.

Payments will be done using PayPal in USD (for Philippine clients, Paymaya and GCash are also available with different rates)

For orders costing equal to or less than $100, payments must be fulfilled firsthand after ordering. Otherwise, clients may do 50/50 split down payment wherein they may pay 50% at the start and then 50% when receiving the end product.

Rush fees - rush fees depend on the type of service.

        Services that only require less than 3 weeks to finish, but with a request for a completion within 3 days after requesting, will have a $10 rush fee.

        Services that require more than 3 weeks to finish, but with a request for a completion within a week after requesting, will have a 10% of the base price additional fee.

Revision fees - Revision fees will heavily be dependent on the complexity of the revision, but not more than 50% of the base price of the commission.

Additional character fees - Additional character fees will be applied to commissions where the client requests to add an additional character to their request. This fee applies when the additional character is different from the main character of the commission and when the additional character exceeds the number of character count that the commission includes.

Clients can ask for a full refund if and only if the service has not been started yet.

Once the service has started and revision updates were not made, the client can still refund 50% of the paid service.

If the artwork is at its last stage, refund is no longer eligible and the client must accept the final artwork.

In special cases where the artist cannot finish the service, a full refund may be given.

Details of the artwork MUST be stated with accuracy and confidence to ensure less revisions.

The commissioner may ask for revisions. Major revisions may have additional fees.

The client can optionally give a hard deadline for the commission. If no hard deadline is given, the hard deadline will be dependent on the service's expected delivery.

Hard deadlines must be set on a reasonable date, otherwise, rush fees may be applied.

For estimated time of delivery, please ask the artist as this will be dependent on the amount and complexity of the assets.
